I have worked in finance for over 10 years with extensive experience on the technical, analytical and sales. 

I hold a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Master of Applied Finance (Major Corporate Finance) from Macquarie University. 

As a former real estate sales Agent at McGrath 20 years ago under one of Australia’s most successful agents, I gained a unique insider perspective on the real estate sales process for both vendors and buyers – and how clients can best navigate this landscape and achieve their objectives.  

Extensive experience in helping clients with financial modelling for their SMEs & startups in order to raise capital and identify key value levers that were critical to maximising Enterprise Value. 

I’ve also taught and mentored students at the Academy of Entrepreneurs for 4 years – finance, risk, strategy and business model subjects. In addition to teaching students who were building their own startups 

Initially once I decided to build a career in mortgage broking – I created a short-list of the best 10 firms that I perceived were highly ethical with a growth mindset culture, had a great business model and were fast growing. 

What won me over was Chris Bates as a genuine individual, the caring culture he created and his vision of the firm that he wanted to build. 

With the merger with Christian Stevens, this vision has accelerated where I can see Flint fast becoming the pre-eminent mortgage brokerage firm in the industry.
