I began my career in the finance industry with the Westpac Group in 2018, starting in the call center where I managed residential mortgage inquiries. I then transitioned into a credit assessor role, handling a variety of scenarios ranging from simple to complex. After three years, I advanced to a team leader position, overseeing the complex assessment team for two years. 

With a passion for structuring finance applications and nurturing client relationships, I decided to pursue a career as a finance broker. This transition felt like the natural next step for me, given my expertise and interests.
