Initially starting in hospitality, I transitioned into finance through a role as a paraplanner in a financial planning firm. Coincidentally, this is also when I first met Chris 13 years ago, at the start of his Australian finance journey too. Following that, I had explored various avenues including a stint in accounting and private wealth. I then co-founded a successful paraplanning business with my brother Ben and we wrote north of 5,000 strategy plans. A fortuitous opportunity led me back to collaborate with Chris in mortgage broking, which evolved into the dynamic enterprise known as Flint.

Wanting to provide advice which has long-term impact and significant to people’s lives and assist with what is generally the biggest transaction that they will make. Also collaborating with a team of like-minded souls which are more than just work associates. The sense of camaraderie and support is something I relish greatly and want to continue sharing with others.
