Lauren Frazzman has been promoted to Senior CX Lead at Flint, a well-deserved recognition of her dedication and outstanding ability to manage hundreds of clients with ease and confidence.
Since joining Flint, Lauren has played a crucial role in managing over half a billion dollars in client enquiries and ensuring proposals are delivered efficiently. She has been a key part of the team’s success and is now stepping into her new role, where she’ll continue to excel.
With five years of experience in the mortgage broking industry, Lauren has honed her expertise across operations, compliance, credit, loan processing support, and customer experience, providing her with a deep understanding of the entire client journey.
Academically, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Economics), a Diploma of Business (Honours), and a Diploma of Finance (Mortgage Broking), blending analytical expertise with industry knowledge in everything she does.
In her new role, Lauren will work closely with Flint’s directors to drive the business forward. We’re lucky to have her, and we can’t wait to see her continue to thrive and lead.
