Flint was founded in 2024 by Redom Syed and Christian Stevens — two of the country’s most respected brokers, each successful in their own right, who came together to create something bigger.
Flint’s journey began with a merger with Confidence Finance, originally founded by Curtis Stewart and Redom Syed. Both ex-Treasury economists, they transitioned into broking to bring fresh insights, strategy, and scale to the industry. Since then, Flint has grown rapidly — expanding into new markets and building award-winning teams.
