Works with builders, developers, investors and homeowners to structure lending solutions across residential, construction and development transactions.
Brings a sophisticated understanding of financial documentation, risk allocation and dispute environments – allowing him to anticipate lender concerns and structure deals to improve approval certainty.
- Advises clients on funding strategies before projects commence, ensuring finance structures align with project timelines and lender requirements.
Supports Flint clients across both everyday residential lending as well as more complex construction and development scenarios.
19 years of commercial experience across major construction, infrastructure and resources projects throughout Australia.
Extensive involvement in high-rise developments, civil infrastructure, mining, oil & gas and remote construction projects.
Deep expertise in contract structures, project risk, commercial governance and dispute resolution within complex construction environments.
Experienced in managing commercial and contractual frameworks across the full lifecycle of major projects – from procurement and tender through to delivery and dispute resolution.
Registered Construction Adjudicator in Queensland under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act.
