Step 03
Terms and Conditions for Flint Group AU’s Refer a Friend Program
To participate in the Refer a Friend program for a home loan, the referred individual must meet the following criteria:
(i) They must not be an existing or previous customer of Flint Group AU.
(ii) They must be an Australian resident.
(iii) They must be over 18 years of age.
(iv) The mortgage settled must be for a minimum of $400,000.
You cannot refer yourself for a loan with Flint Group AU.
Referral Reward:
For each new customer referred who settles their first loan with Flint Group AU, you will receive a Visa Gift Card. Please note that applications with multiple borrowers or multiple loans (including split accounts) are eligible for only one reward payment.
You will be notified when the reward is processed. The reward will be in the form of an Eftpos Gift Card, which will be sent to you within 30 days of the loan being funded. For privacy reasons, we cannot disclose which specific friend’s loan application has been settled.
By providing your family member’s or friend’s personal information and contact details, you confirm that you have their consent to share this information with Flint Group AU. All personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Flint Group AU’s Privacy Policy.
Program Changes and Exclusions:
Flint Group AU reserves the right to modify, supplement, or discontinue the Refer a Friend promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. If the promotion is withdrawn, Flint Group AU will honor all referrals submitted before the withdrawal, provided the referred loan is approved and funded.
The Refer a Friend promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated. Flint Group AU reserves the right to exclude any participant from this promotion at its absolute discretion without providing notice or a reason. If the promotion is used in a way that undermines its fair and intended operation, Flint Group AU reserves the right to withhold the reward at its sole discretion.
